We stopped off at the site of the Crazy Horse mountain carving (like Mt Rushmore, but 5 times as big) BUT only 1/10th complete. Was interesting non the less. While there we encountered some more wild life.

Lots of things to see in Badlands and Black Hill South Dakota. The carvings of the presidents was very impressive and had a lovely walk around and underneath them.

Devils Tower, Wyoming

We were pulling the trailer when we went past Devil's Tower in Wyoming, so we didn't go any closer than this. But it is very impressive and huge even though you can't really tell from the picture. Bailey wasn't thrilled with the traffic going by.

We saw lots of wildlife, took tons of pictures and videos. At one point I could have reached out the truck window and pet one of these BISON's as they are called in Yellowstone. They were all over the park in herds and by themselves. We saw elk and cariboo as well. Lots of birds, was wonderful.
