You can not get the size of this place in ONE picture.

When we first walked out on the path on Bryce Point in Bryce Canyon, we were both overwhelmed by the sheer beauty and by how huge it was. It is so beautiful everywhere, it takes your breath away. We timed our visit to include the sunset, WOW! We also got up the following morning to catch the sunrise, it was spectacular too, but not like the sunset. Besides it is really cold in the mornings here.

For Clint's birthday we went for a grueling bike ride on a terrific but extremely hilly bike path. Had a picnic lunch along the way, no bugs to spoil it for us at all. It was a balmy 74 degrees, perfect for a ride.

Clint and I took a 5 mile return hike in Kolob Canyon, Zion Park. It was fabulous. The closer we came to the end of the canyon the cooler it got (the high for the day was 94F). We had to cross this creek over 35 times (lost count). The end was a beautiful twined arch grotto, it was so quiet.

Just one of many FABULOUS shots we took in Zion Park. What a beautiful park. They allow only shuttle buses into the upper canyon, so it is so peaceful and quiet as well as beautiful.
