Hey hey, so I think I wrote about Noosa last time and my everglades hike. Good times, I miss seeing whales. So from Noosa Heads it is about a 6 hour bus ride to Byron Bay. Nothing special happened there except for some really good gelato. After the 12 hour red eye bus to Sydney, finally checked in to a nice hotel, guaranteed hot shower with good water pressure before heading to India tomorrow. YIKES. So there is a lot to do in Sydney, went to the fish market, Darling Harbor to ride a ferry to the opera house and the Harbor bridge. Hiked around "The Rocks" (just an area of town) went on the nurses walk which I guess the nurses used to hike to the hospital?? Had an emu pizza for dinner that night. Weird. Yesterday I had to wash everything in my backpack before India so I did that and then walked into town and went to the Royal Botanical Gardens where like a million bats live, I guess they call them flying foxes because they are so big when they take off at sunset. Anyway so I have one more day here and then off to Delhi. I miss you all and love you more! Xoxo Marci
