Haha! Thanks for the the posts everyone!! It was a happy time (well maybe not too happy) but it really is now! As a result of that "dawn of the dead" I currently am still dehydrated and now have a fever! I've been chugging liters of water like its my job! This will soon be funny I'm sure! Haha. Sounds like tons of fun! We all miss you here, but everyone's doin fine. Cade just turned 9, and my 14th bday is in 3 days! Woohoo!! Logan's birthday is in a week or so. I love reading about all the things that you are doing sister... while you are away having a ball with dead people, goddesses, Jules and Em... I'm sitting here looking at our not so happy apt anymore. Boys stink!!! We went from Mal and Care's happy house to Carrie cant find any of her crap because chris has enough food to feed an army!!! Our living room is a closet, and Zoe is confused. She misses you and I tell her everyday that you will be home in X amount of days. I think I do it for me too. I miss you so much sister and I'm excited for you to be having this experience but the selfish part of me wishes you were home. I want you to come home but yet when you get here we are having a lot of changes & thats just as scary as you not being here to live in testosterone city with me!!! Unbelievable blog. Is this my Mallory? Nose piercing with rusty tools? Nice to hear from you. You know the older i get the more convinced i am that there are absolutely no coincidences in life. I read your blog and then was going through email and saw this quote from Mohandas Ghandi.

"Man could forego heavy meals, a full wardrobe, a fine house, et cetera; it is the ego they cannot forego".

In America we have developed many trappings which give us our identity. Our car, our stereo system, our big screen theater televisions, our job, our income, our popularity and the list goes on. I think we have lost sight of what is truly important. The more we work for all these trappings, the tougher it is for us to make progress on a spiritual path. We just don't have time to fit it into our busy lives.

Mallory you have always left your trappings and securities behind to challenge your spiritual life. It is a leap of faith. You make me proud.

Okay so I am sitting at my desk at work laughing my ass off about the "corpse flight"....and just picturing Julie cracking up holding that note! my boss is like WTF? I told him he just wouldn't understand. The vomit valley was entertaining as well...good thing i wasn't there I would have been right there with the pukers, actually i prob would have drugged myself with enough dramamine to kill a small horse. Sounds like you are having a blasty blast....Rafting? Gliding? Mt Everest? A real life goddess? FREAKIN' AWESOME!

And PS.....a nose piercing? With rusty tools? From the girl that wouldn't get in a hot tub in a swanky hotel cuz it was a "sess pool""? I'm impressed embrace Mal, embrace!!
