Well we had a 4am start to day as amy had a 10am flight to uk and wanted breakfast with M-P first....so we left at 445 am to take her to Hull Quebec! Then we went to Ottawa to ride au street and had a tough time finding anything open for breakfast! Finally found a place out of Happy Days even with the juke box! Great breakfast! Then a walk down canal and a look at the boats in the locks! Then drove to find Susan's favourite Chinese restaurant closed...too early.....

Well this morning it was freezing and cloudy. Amy cycled to moms for a coffee and then mom came over for breakfast. We decided to go for a drive around lake....first checked out Taste Funtastic at grassy bay..really cool spot....two houses to rent...one by water which sleeps up to 10 and one further away which is also a restaurant....great spot for a wedding! Then we got lost...got as far as dam and took a road to Barry lake and kept going thinking it went somewh...

Amy and I ran to moms....had a nice visit over coffee....then we swam to island with Susan....Barry took amy for another ski and dropped us off at lodge. Fred and I went to Renfrew to buy groceries, have hair cut and lunch...and buy a bicycle for me....but got home and it is not high enough for me so now is Fred's bike! We went to Susan's for dinner...before dinner they had everyone over for drinks....it bucket end down so we retreated inside....Susan did her fam...

Slept in today.....went for an hours walk with Fred to downtown CALABOGIE and back....lovely day. Then we went over to Susan's and swam to island and back with amy and Susan. Barry took us for a ride to other side of lake where it was calmer and took amy water skiing....she did wonderful. We sat and had a drink with mom and bev till lunch time. Amy and I went shopping, had some lunch...I went for a long swim and sat in sun for afternoon. Barry and Susan came over...

Amy and I ran to nanas...peter took amy water skiing...she got up first time.....then off to visit alan and rita....lunch with them then say goodbye to peter and Debbie....swim with neighbour and rest with amy....then I took kayak and went to grassy bay....quiet dinner with amy and Fred
