Hello everyone!! Mel and I safely arrived in Memphis Tennesse, after a very long 9 hour bus trip!! But what we saw today was certainly worth the journey! It is 'Elvis' week here in Memphis and the whole town is in full spirit!! We visited Graceland and got to see the mansion where 'The King' lived!! Hi everyone! So sorry it has been so long since i last wrote to you all....Mel and I have been flat out travelling all over the countryside!! This is what has happened since i last wrote... We finished off our Green Tortoise 'Canyons of the West' tour with a 2 day stay at the Grand Canyon...and grand it was! So big!! Mel and I decided to just walk around the rim of the canyon as we didn't particulary think that hiking to the bottom was ideal for us!...

Hello everybody! I have access to the real world....AMAZING!! For 3 hours anyways...better then nothing though!! Well Mel and I had no idea what to expect on this tour......so here we find ourselves traveling for 9 days on a big green bus with 36 ppl....CRAZY!! The bus has no seats..just beds everywhere! We slept on it the other night as we had to travel throughout the night to get to our next destination.....Mel and I had to sleep in this little squ...

Hi all! Mel and I are waiting at our hostel in Las Vegas for the Green Tortoise Tour company to arrive and pack us all on the bus for a 9 day trip to see the Canyons of the West!! From what we hear, it is going to be pretty 'rough'....kinda like the wilderness hostels we think!?? Apparently we sleep on the bus every night (it has fold out beds or something?) and we shower in springs or sometimes at rest stops along the way! Will be an adventure no matter...

Hi all! Mellissa and I arrived in sunny San Diego 2 days ago! Yesterday we went to Sea World which was absolutely fantastic!! So much to see and do!! We saw 5 shows in total there...."Believe" by Shamu the killer whale, "Dolphin Discovery", "Clyde & Seamore's Risky Rescue" (sea lions), "Cirque De La Mer" (Cirque De Solei show on water!) and "Pets rule!"
