Yesterday we rented a AVT that refuses to budge beyond 40km/hr but is also a little unsteady when turning so may be a blessing in disguise. We've settled into our little apartment in Santorini which has everything we could have hoped for.. A pool, a kitchenette, a double bed, aircon and hot water. Winning!!! I love it here, the music the water everything. It's stunning. Although the island is pretty barren in between towns and beaches. I think boracay was a more beautiful beach location in the scenery department however Santorini has the atmosphere. Free sun chairs.. The comfy and cushy kind! Wifi on the beach only centimeters from the water. Drinks and food served to your beach lounge. Palm tree woven shades. Gaaaah just awesomeness! I especially love the little church domes scattered all over the island. Postcard sights at every turn. Just ate home made salad in the beach and now enjoying my ice coffee with a nip of vodka north on the side. Aaah this is bliss!!!
