During Oktoberfest, you can be drunk at 7am and it be totally fine and by this time it was 1... seriously, on the train to Munich, a group of guys had a crate and were chugging them down. One was already drunk when he got on the train... Train came at 7:10am hahhaa. My face doesn't get any better though haha!
