This is where a person would turn in all forms of identification and lose his/her identity...A number and color star was given which classified prisoners. Yellow Star= Jewish, Purple= Special Privileges (government workers, supporters of Nazi Party...). Purple was always treated the best and Yellow was treated the worst.
