Bloody amazing! National park was beautiful. Saw a completely different of Vietnam. The oldest and first national park with lots of primary forest. Went to the primate and turtle rescue centre and trekked through the jungle to see caves and a really really old tree. So hot and sticky but you completely forget about that because everything around you is excellent. Stayed in a mega creepy cabin in the woods, sharing our little house with a million creepy crawlies including the biggest free roaming spider we've ever seen . Made friends en route with a Vietnamese family in a hotel in the middle of rural Vietnam who made us feel very welcome and fed us lots of vodka! Had a nice encounter with the Vietnamese police because Louis didn't have his visa on him and they thought theyd try and scam some money out of them but managed to sweet talk our way out of it! Saw a rather intense party going on at the national park restaurant with some bonfire lightning and some horrible Vietnamese house music!
spent the last day in a big park, had some delicious food when you pick skewers of food and they cook them for you and drinking lots of cocktails and dancing to cheesy funk tunes at the nearby night club, with what seemed to be every white British person in the city, very weird! Sad to leave you Vietnam but ready for some fresh airr!!!
