Hi Louisa....great to read your blog - takes me right back. Really sounds as if it hasn't changed much at all. Think you're doing great - it took me ages to be 'in the moment' and go with the flow although I was only young the first time round! I am sat at work looking out onto a grey, wet afternoon in The Cut - autumn/winter looming - so, enjoy! Go with the flow.......Sx

Hey, sounds like you're having an incredibly busy and mad time. Nice one that you found a friend to find the bus to Pushkar with, I remember how hard it is figuring out public transport when you don't speak the language. One time in Chiang Mai we spent a morning with a Thai bloke who spoke very little English but asked if he could hang out with us to improve his English and in return help us find the right bus and a good place for breakfast.
All good here, flat is a total mess cos the painters have been in since Tuesday. The woodchip in the hall, picture rail in Penny's room and all paper and paint removed from hall, stairs and bedroom 1. They're plastering on Monday, painting Tuesday and that room will be carpeted on Friday and then we're moving into it! Then they're doing the rest of the flat. You won't recognise the place when you come back.
Take care, try and learn to say no with more conviction. Praying with a priest over a polluted dried up lake?! What are you like?!
Speak soon, thanks for the last mms, I'll respond with one when the first room is done.
xx

Hi Lou, loved the blog and the photos. It sounds very exciting but a real culture shock. It was baking here yesterday and today, freezing!! Nice company here for Annie. The Green Room is standing room only!! But being in the dark for so long makes it soooo quiet! Sould be glad of a bit of peace for a while, I guess. Went to see Rockaoke at the Roadhouse on Monday where Sheila and Chantal were performing. Sheila won last time and Chantal came second this time! Sheila really rocks, man! The crowd were going mad and chanting her name! Anyway, enough news from here. Look forward to reading of your continuing adventures. Lots of love, Aude xx

Hello big sis,
Just read your blog so far and sounds like you are having a great time. Thanks for the photo messages and text's as it's so good to hear from you. Can't believe you've been there nearly a week already, it's gone so quick and sure you are becoming one of the locals already. Nothing to report this end as all good. Carry on enjoying yourself and take care.
Love you lots xxx
