I've spent the past 2 nights in Brsibane at a cheap hostel (compared to Sydney) called Bunk. It even had a pool and hot tub area, not that we took advantage of it though! Omg!! That was one hell of a journey from Koh Phangan to get here…30 hours later and I turn up here to the best hostel ever….silver lining n all! I literally left Koh Phangan 8pm on the 12th December and turned up at about 2am on the 14th December! I had to get a night ferry which in itself was hilarious!
