Should of seen how far we went on those dam bikes i think we all broke the san francisco record fo doing the whole place in 3 hours amazing ride tho my legs are in peices today we all looked cool as hell like proper exteme sports peolpe dude, Waynes wipe out was off the hizze, but he made up for it being the lead man and working our legs to the max we all must of lost about 15 lbs, amazing!!!!!

whatever wayne u pulled the wrong brake and went head first over the handle bars.cut your knee and scraped your new trainers.....so funny guys....me and nosh had to stop our bikes couldnt ride anymore through laughter...

Hi guy's i just wanted to put somthing straight before the lads start.

it go's like this,

yesterday we all whent for the famous mountain bike trail ride across the golden gate bridge.whilst on the 16 mile ride i desided to go a littile of route " of track you could say " . being of track i eyed up a 6 Ft jump .
Me being me i went for it . all was going well when i took off , then whilst in mid air a moose came from out of Know where . i managed to steere my bike in mid air " some what ET like " but landed sideways on. Thuse coming off my bike.
And That's the truth i promise
