This is the City Hall exterior set they used in the original 'Batman' series. They filmed Batman & Robin running up the steps and through that door once and used it approximately 22 times during the series. Adam Weeeest, Adam West, Adam West... now a little quieter... adam weeheeheest...i'll come out when they've all gone. Had to get a Family Guy quote in at some point.
