Love this poster (broken down in next 3 pictures for ease of reading). Wonder what our troops thought when they read this after the horrors of D-Day? "We're thrilled you are here, but don't expect us to act like it?" There were many displays of German propaganda used on the French to turn them against the Allies (the British, especially). I'm looking forward to the week in Normandy and learning more about the Resistance, and what their thoughts were of the Allies.
