Just a stop along the way. Tomorrow I will be checking in to a retreat center about an hour from here. I doubt that they have internet in the cabin that I will be in. I plan to be there probably 5 days to work on some reflection and study. Most likely I will be out of communication during that time. I will take pictures though and update in about a week. I arrived here Thursday. My brother, now deceased, once lived and worked here. He made good friends, some of whom I have become friends with. I stayed with Charlene and visited with Terry, both good friend of my brother. They were exquisite hosts and I got to see a lot of the city, much of which I had not seen before. Stayed overnight in Youngstown, OH. Got caught up on sleep, email and laundry before heading off to Ithaca.

When I entered Kentucky, I stopped at the visitor center to discover that Mammoth Cave National Park was on my way. I stopped there a spent a comfortable night camping. I have seen abundant wildlife on this trip including all sorts of birds, raccoons, deer and now wild turkeys! Unfortunately I did not have time to see the cave. Arrived here Saturday evening. I am visiting one of my favorite first cousins, Sandra and her family, husband Charles and son Charles and wife Lisa. Saturday we went to Dinner in West Point, MS and had a wonderful dinner of Cajun food. Sunday I went to church twice. Sandra is a minister with two parishes.
