Day 188- We packed up the tent after fighting off thousands of ants who through the night had decided to completely cover the tent. Day 185- We got up at 4:30am so that we could have some breakfast before our 5am bus. We ate our peanut butter sandwiches and waited. Finally the bus arrived a bit later than expected. Day 182- Yet again we had to be up really early for our bus and by 7am we were sitting comfortably and waiting for departure. The journey was good and we arrived onto Penang Island by around midday. Day 178 - We woke up at 5am as Lloyd had discovered BEDBUGS (a travellers worst nightmare). We had never had them before so weren't 100% sure but he had felt something on his chest and managed to catch it. Day 175- The bus was to depart at 8am so after breakfast we set a fine pace to the bus station. Once there we discovered that including the two of us there was 3 people bound for Melaka on the 35 seat luxury coach. We didn't complain and made ourselves very comfortable.
