Day 41 We eventually decided a route to Shanghai and what the best transport would be which proved difficult simply because there was so much choice. A bus to Suzhuo was the first stop so off to the station we headed and got our tickets no problem arriving in Suzhuo around mid afternoon. Day 39 The long journey had worn us out and we still had to find our way to the hostel, we had limited directions but followed as best as we could. It turned out to be a disaster. Day 35 The train in to Guilin was late and didn't arrive until 1pm. Once off the train we realised we wern't at the train station we had hoped for. The train station we were at was the north train station and the directions we had were from the central station. Day 32 Our night train had certainly seen better days; no air conditioning, no bag storage and a lot dirtier than we are used to with very hard beds.
