Just got off my 8:30hr flight from London to Mumbai... And am wellllllll tired! Didn't sleep one bit but did watch 4 and a half films (of the billions on offer). Managed to watch firstly "7 things to do before I'm 30" which was a bit average really but easy to watch and take my mind off the takeoff in addition to reminding me of things i really should do before I'm 30! Then I watched an animated film "planet 51" which was top banana, then two others one about roller skating and the other I can't remember much so it must've been w***. Food was nice but, as always, my meal hadn't been booked but it was fine. There were lots of hairy Indian blokes on the flight and very beautiful Indian women and one bloke who kept getting his bag from the overhead locker above my head and consequently dropped said bag on me...which was far from funny...well it was a bit amusing in retrospect!

Am sat in Mumbai airport now waiting for next 5 hr ish flight. Mumbai airport ain't a pretty place so I wouldn't advise venturing here- there's literally a shanty town on the runway which is sad. Also the ceiling of the airport has massive holes in it everywhere so I'm glad it's not pissing down!

Am missing everyone already but excited to see Gen in Bangkok :). I hope she's had a fun flight. Can't wait to see her.
