Couple of days in Montana. Awesome riding around the lake koocanusa. Weather has been great and machines working flawlessly. Camping at Lake Koocanusa resort and marina.

After a long day in the rain we arrived at Crater Lake National park to find the lake fogged in with bad weather. We decided to spend the night hoping for better day. little late on blog entry as wifi is almost non existent. Long day on the 21st with plenty of rain and cold weather. almost ran the black pearl out of fuel. Gas stop on gps showed 68 miles which was correct however, it was closed at 5pm!!! Bike went another 16kms after indicating all fuel was gone. yet another day in Missoula. Just having breakfast at Chez Mcdonalds. Very chilly last night, woke up to 1degree C. Gonna swing by the BMW shop to see progress of Grants bike. Not sure how far south we will get now considering the state of the trip so far. Having fun though and Grant maintaining sense of humour. After all.....what the f*** can do about it.
