How was your trip to the Amazon, I keep thinking about you. No doubt it was such fun you can't wait for the next one. Everyone think you are so brave, the jury is still out on that one. Don't forget, no stories about spiders, for Shell's ears.

Probably not the best time to tell you this but apparantely we eat 7 spiders, on average in our sleep each year.
Now, i've done the math and you are away for 3 months which is a fourth of a year so statistically you will be eating at least one and a half whilst you are away.....so lets just hope it isn't a whopper in the jungle.
You are in my prayers.....

Sounds like you're having fun, apart from being ill of course. You're having more sucess that Rebecca, have you read her blog ? She's caught up in civil unrest - road blocks and everything. Take a look, it could only happen to Rebecca !!

Hope you have not seen any large hairy objects on your travels in the Jungle - as I know you are not good with these large hairy objects approcahing you from behind. I was thinking of you yu today because it has been 2 whole weeks since you left Lonsdale and believe it or not I still think you are on holiday and will arrive back at your desk on Monday morning and asking who has been tiding up my desk and where has all my stuff gone. I am sure you are having a fantastic time - was it really scary in the Jungle anything like "I'm a Celebrity get me out of here " were you have to eat lost of bugs and slimy things and lots of people moaning and whining about the rain, no sleep and lack of food - believe it or not it is on at the moment on TV (not that I would watch it to be hobest) some very strange people on this type they are really dregging the bottom of the bucket this time - Jason Donovan is on it and yes I hear you from hear saying Jason Whooooooo..... exactly what I thought !!!

Not much happening at work - things are really quite on my team, Keeley is working on Misc all week as Claire and Els both on holiday but we have managed. Sian has taken up her new position as Conference Manager and settling in well. I keep asking Mark & Nicola if they have emailed you but all I get is "O yes I must do that today or tonight" will chase them up again for you - I don't want them to be neglecting you.

Anyway Lisa I must sign off now as I have to finish up for the day. I hope you are enjoying you trip. Any news from Rolls Royce !!

Still miss you and wish you were back here beside me to cheer me up on my sad days.

Hi Lisa,

Just thought you might want to hear from the old people in the family after reading your message board. We thought it might help you keep your feet on the ground - like ours! We were keeping up through your mum but now we can follow you around the world ourselves! Have the greatest time and see you when you get back. Never mind the spiders however huge - you are definitely bigger than them!

Dont worry Lisa if there is lots of HUGE spiders (as i am sure there will be)and michelle cant make it cause tamar and ethan's bags are packed ready. They will scare away anything. We miss you lots hope to see you soon.

Ah babes!!! ALL OF YOU!! I'm so sorry you all got ill - that stinks!!!! Am very glad you are on the mend though and glad you got some drugs to help you to enjoy the next phase of your trip!!! I'm sure I'll regret saying this but if you need anything, let me know and I can bring out supplies!!!
