Day 62, We arrived in Palenque late afternoon so we just went out for some dinner and looked around the town and got an early night. Day 59: we had an early start today has we needed to catch the ferry across to Belize city and then take a bus upto the border between Belize and Guatemala. After the 2 hour ferry crossing we reached Belize city, which leaves a lot to be desired, its very poor and one of the few places I have felt unsafe and uneasy staying in, I was glad we only had to make to the bus station and wait an hour for our bus.
