Today I had lunch in the "Yuong kang" beef noodles restaurant. Beef noodles play an important role in Taiwanese food.
Due to the industrialization and modernization during the past few decades, we needed no more cattle to help farming. So the beef noodles culture was built.
Here is the picture of light soup noodles without beef, that means the soup was cooked with beef but no pieces of meat within the dish. There was two kinds of favor: Light and roast. Roast favor was added more spices, seasonings and may be hot.
The restaurant's special is it's side dishes, by the way, there are almost ten kinds you can choose. I order "gansu" and "bamboo shoot." they are all cooked with Taiwanese traditional ways. Although a little salty, after all, I never eat another more delicious than these dishes.
