Early start today to join the 2-hour Sunrise Breakfast Tour of Katherine Gorge in the Nitmiluk National Park, leaving at 7am in a boat with about 40 others. Mum was keen to visit the local Katherine Markets today, but we were a little disappointed on arrival with mainly food stalls - its saving grace was the old locomotive and historic Katherine railway bridge that provided us with a nice view up the river. We had a late start, and packed up slowly this morning as Eamon was still not well. It was only 100kms to Katherine so that was fine.
