Have started planning our summer jaunt. Planning on going to Italy, Venice, pisa, Rome and Naples so far. Fly to Venice, then on trains. Will mostly be staying in chalets on camping grounds, one they are a bit cheaper, two they have swimming pools this will be good for C after a day of site seeing also they give a bit more privacy than a 'hostel' and an outside area to sit on warm evenings..
I haven't worked out what to do from Naples, will look in to flights to Sicily as there are no cheap flights to/from Naples, and I would rather do Venice first..
