Hello. We're currently enjoying a couple of days together at ems, thus far we have done b***** all except sort through some photos on my new camera, we'll email a couple to you. Just seen your hotmail contact blogs, some very happy memories! I was in hysterics at the one of me with my finger in leighs ear, had forgotten about that! Have had some good news, well at someone elses expense tho, a colleague has injured himself falling out of his loft and fell down a flight of stairs - oops, anyway so i'm now off on xmas day and boxing day - woohoo!! I'll be with my family then at ems with the rest of her clan! Will eat cake on your behalf! Em - speaking of which jiff went out for his work xmas do and ate one and a half curries - would have been more if others hadn't eaten all of theirs!! Last time, i'm told, he ate 3. Hello Leigh and Gemma, Little little sis here. Sorry it’s my first message, but hope all is fine and dandy down under! Not sure I have anything of great interest to tell you, in fact sad thing is I don’t . Been made redundant (no redundancy pay, skanks! BAR HUMBUG!). Got given the chance to relocate to Brighton if I wanted to hang around though. Thinking of a career change… nobody cares at work anymore and it’s felt like the last day at school, everyday for the last 2 weeks. Well, Christmas is approaching, Mum, Dad, Dog, and “the other one” are coming to number 10. We were going to have an aussie xmas. BBQ turkey! What do they eat on Christmas in Aus? BBQ turkey? Turkey burgers with cranberry jelly? Hmm… Oh well, no sprouts for you two this Christmas! In good Christmas spirit I will do you both a plate and give it to shadow. Though if he blows off like he did last time he was over, he’ll be outside! We had to evacuate the house… no really! “My dog doesn’t fart” (SOURCE: Gemma Silverwood June 2006) phft! Hey guys and girls, am at work (again) and whilst i have five minutes i thought i'd drop you a line, hope the weather is ok and you are still communing with nature and using the tent to sleep in as opposed to keeping your stuff in and slleping indoors!! loved the idea of a carbar, that could be the next big thing! its started getting really cold here and it got dark at half past three today!! you are therefore not missing much concerned with good old blighty apart from maybe its lack of bugs that look like they could open a tin can with the fangs on their butt! Em said to say hi next time i spoke to you both, i'm off down there tomorrow for a few days and we are planning a break some time in the new year, anywhere you can reccomend so far!!?? she is fine, working hard and trying to play harder, i'm looking forward to having a few days off and getting to see her!! be good and lucky both of you and try not to get eaten by any whales, they certainly looked big enough!! stay safe. Gave the bath a miss. Couldn't pick him up and he wasn't keen on jumping in, so took him into the double shower instead. Had a bit of a problem turning round, but nice and clean now. And soft Nanna just said. She's just been looking at th photos and says "Hello Leigh and Gemma. Enjoyed the photos. Have a nice Xmas with Gemma's aunt and will be thinking of you". Further to jiff's message, which was not exactly inspiring, i would like to say that he is missing you guys tremendously, even tho he may not have seen you regulary (brings it to home - you don't know what you've got...), and he is doing really well! Today he delivered another baby and has recently been involved in a number of big incidents, of course he's not single handedly dealt with them but deserves a big pat on the back!! He has mostly been working lately (overtime he says but he just loves it!!) but has also been eating a lot of curry and re-reading spike milligan ( i told you i was ill!). Sounds boring but the staff in his local know him by name and drink (been there quite a lot me thinks!!) so he's still having fun too. We both wish you a safe journey and a very happy christmas and new year, enjoy!!!! Ma.
