Finally reached our destination of orlando,USA, 33 hours after leaving Melbourne. Tough ride ( think adhd 2 year old.....in seat directly in front of us for 14 hours with absolutely NO sleep time, Riley and Tully with head colds so they struggled with painfull ears on the 3 descents, lack of sleep, 3 massive airports and customs to navigate.........but all part of the adventure! We got to our destination orlando, safe and sound at 10.30. The oneills were already here, a great welcoming party with food, drinks and lots of stories of their first week in portland, oregon and L.A. The Apartment is gorgeous, big and spacious with access to pools and amenities. Tomorrow is a down day, exploring the resort and surrounds. Will have an early night after dinner and swim in the pool, ready to hit Disney world the following day. Fun, fun, fun..... Life is good.
