I don t want to disturb you by calling, you must be praying right now. But i promised you i will tell you that i arrived safe ans sound which is the case even if 11 hours of train by myself was nor easy neither funny and that when i arrived no one was here because obviously they misunderstood oana as they thought i arrived at 3 AM! (laura see, if you are not around me i am not lucky!)
But well, i started in the school today and it was Ok, the house is really big and my family have 5 servants and so far... no flowers for breakfast!
I miss you girls eventhought I am REALLY not happy with this horrible picture of me that you put on the website!
I bought the dress saturday night as i was so depressed to be by myself in Goa, and it looks really nice with my trendy gold shoes (that English definitely not invented!)
I miss you girls looking forward to hear from you and please put another picture of me!

Believe it or not the nuns give Aunty Ol a run for her money!
My fingers hurt when I type as spent yesterday burying a Romanian girl called Oana in the sand with the local kids, great fun but now I have blisters on my finger tips.
In the train station in Goa waiting for a train to Kannur then going to catch another train from Kannur to Salem back to the nuns.

Hi Kate and Laura
Glad you've been having such a good time in Goa, it looks and sounds great. Good luck with the nuns when you return to the project, and with the work- I hadn't realised how many kids there were! Lots of love and take care xxxx

Hey again from Palolem,
It's just me as Laura is chillaxing in the hammock atm.
LOVING IT HERE! Better than Anjuna, we are right on the beach and the water is beautiful.
We are hoping to wade over to a little island about 1km away from the shore tomorrow and explore the caves and see the wildlife.
I would like to see the nuns drunk - reckon that would loosen them up a bit!
Sorry we have no pics of nuns - we haven't actually taken any but also having a lot of trouble uploading them. Pretty frustrating as there are so many pics we want to share with everyone! But will persevere.
Lots of love and well wishes,
Kate

Hi Kate & Laura,
Great to see the photos - keep them coming. The kids look lovely and so does that lovely beach in Goa. All you can do is persevere with the nuns and hope they will loosen up - but don't bank on it! Some photos of the nuns would be good.
Enjoy Goa, keep safe AND well.
Love Dadxxx

In Palolem at the mo South Goa staying in a hut. We've only just arrived bout 1/2 an hour ago but already the hammock is up just waiting for us to use it.
The only English the children know is "come Aunty" (because they call us Aunty) and they use that often enough!!
Laura: Mum stop nagging went to pharmacy and bought some pink lotion that is helping me with the sun burn
All the best xxx

Just to say that I have enjoyed reading all about your adventures so far. It sounds quite challenging all the work you are having to do with the children. Keeping them entertained must be quite difficult. Do they speak any English?
As I have said before really enjoy yourselves as this experience is one which you will never forget!
It is great with all this technology that you can keep in contact with everyone and that we know that you are safe. (Mind you - not beyond advice from Mum! Its not hte nagging she is missing - Its you she's missing if the truth be known.)
Best wishes for the coming weeks of adventure.
Love Avril

Please slap on the suncream -- you've seen enough doctors already. You're looking very pink in some of the photos. I'm missing nagging so got to get it off my chest somehow!!!!
Oliver lost on Sunday 3 - 0!!!
Laura And Kate
Hey from Goa!!
Kate: I am out of hospital and fine now, just look a wee bit like a stupid fat Brit on holiday who has spent too long in the sun!!
Having a good time here, nice break from our grandma nuns!
Thanks for all your well wishes and messages, I am going to try to send some post cards from here though I'm not sure if/ how long they will take to get to you!
We have finally updated our site so write us more msgs please!!
Take care x x x
Laura:Kate's right the best way to describe living with these Indian nuns, is like living with a long lost grandma where you have to be on your best behaviour.
Their hearts are in the right place, but I think they are trying to get us to discover God. Although we havn't been made to go to mass.
Look like a lobster at the moment from the sun. And anyone whos interested my fungal infection is doing well.
please keep messaging us its so nice to hear from people.
lots of love
laura
