Sorry to hear you've been so unwell, can imagine 'tis very disconcerting when you don't know what it is and you've no idea whether you can get the medical treatment you need - still, least you're on the mend now and you have survived a great challenge and expect you've lost loadsa weight too - perhaps you've come accross the very thing the Western world needs to cure obesity, bring some home and we'll stick it on ebay! I know this is a really silly question, but did you take all the photos on the blog page? reckon Thompsons Holidays should employ you if you did.
You're not missing much in the UK, the last few days have actually been dry and sunny, but other than that it seems to have rained and been dark and gloomy for eons. The days are getting noticebly longer, doesn't get dark till 6.30 now and the clocks go back or forward in 2 weeks, really looking forward to the summer. It's Olly & Molly's birthday this Sunday, which also happens to be Mum's day, so hopefully boys and Lou will come stay a couple of nights so we can have a bit of a knees up. Anyway, have a good time at the school and keep taking the hippy tic - keep well
Lots of love Auntie Row (soon to be great aunt 3 more times and just had very frumpy hair cut to suit)

Sounds like you've been suffering from 'Tulum Top' which, medically defined, is the inverted version of 'Bombay Bottom' like you say not bad for a month into the trip. Still with all the lovely pics you've taken you'll realise when you look back over it what amazing scenery it was to have delerium amongst. Glad to hear you have folks around to help you feel a bit less alienated from the planet.
Hope you are feeling more like getting out amongst it all over the next few days before you go 'back to school', rather than keeping us all so well informed, even if it means we end up being less spoiled with all these regular updates. Anyways here come some healing rays from the west in case the local concoctions don't do the business >>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Love you Smudger Smidge

Hi Annie
Lovely to see your photos and hear about your progress, don't think I've quite got the hang of the site yet,so probably missed a few bits, but will work on it. Looks like you've found some amigos, thought that fella Adam was Alex for a mo. How's the Spanish coming on? Our Adam's working on the Michel Thomas version, so you've got strong competion - if you start writing your messages in espagne, please do like the Welsh and have gringo version too. My broadband is down, going through very slow land line - So god knows when you'll get this! (joke for all other middle aged technophobes) Lots of love, take care Row xxxxx

Hola mi Chica, como esta? Looks like you've had some proper times now, those journeys are the ones that are hellish at the time but make the best stories later, and somehow end up as the highlights! there'll be plenty more along the way. The lake looked worth the effort though. Where are the photo's of chickens in bags with only thier heads poking out and sheep tied to the tops of buses, thats what I want to know!! Tu es muy bonito mi hermana x x x x x (pero olereis!!!! )

Watcha An!
Been to France for a week then had the mother of all parties at mine with yer bro and big sis and all the rest of em. Yer mum couldn't make it cos of work, or the cut back flange wasn't on top of the thrust syncronizer before the leverage osolator capitulated, or some such thing.
So been looking at your antics since a couple of weeks ago: What a time you are having! - The ruins and lakes look fab, you didn't mention you were going to paradise as well! - Although the loos look a bit of a fix up opportunity for someone. You're doing a great job with the piccys and getting them to us all so regularly, thanks for that it really is great to see your progress, keep it up!
Will catch up with you again soon, meanwhile love from all of us lot.
