Wall guarding the palace gardens. The extra fence was recently put there after 2 guys jumped over the wall one night (they thought it was Hyde Park) and camped out in their tents. The next morning they were caught by the royal guards washing their underwear in the pond, but the royal family was so amused they invited them in for dinner.
