The walk up the hill from lauras with my backpack was a killer but I got chatting to two aboriginals who took my mind off the chore! Standing at the bus stop for ages and they were all full so kept driving past so Tyler, an American guy kindly pulled my bag for me and walked us to the station! Johnny jameson was convinced I'd meet a guy called 'hoyt' on my travels and live happily ever after, well the latter may not be true but tylers surname was Hoyt ha ha
Now it's ferry time ready to meet John, rosies brother!!! Whilst waiting for the ferry I'm sat in front of a giant outdoor tv screen with lots of people watching tennis, boring!
Cruising past the harbour bridge and opera house at night was an amazing sight and I managed to show it mum on skype!
John met me at the ferry port and we went to 'The wharf', an extremely swanky bar for a bite to eat! The house is amazing and I'm extremely excited about my time in Sydney! Praying I don't see a funnel Webb!
Now just off to meet some people from my surf lesson to have another go and improve my skills! Well unfortunately that won't be happening today as the seas so rough that there's no swimming allowed so apart from the singal, clearly brave and experienced surfer dude and a few paddlers, the waters empty!
Manly beach, guys jogging in hoodies, big waves and boiling weather, nice :0)
