Day 66 Adelaide St Patricks Day! There's a bit of high cloud today so glad we did our beach day yesterday; much better for going to the Clipsal 500 racing that Bill fancies. It's actually on for 4 days but as we fly out tomorrow this is our only opportunity. Day 65 Adelaide Woke early again to another beautiful sunny day; it's a bit difficult to see it through our grimy windows but know it's out there. Adelaide is hosting a four day Clipsal 500 V8 supercar road race around the city's roads starting tomorrow. As we leave on Friday very early we only have Thursday to visit, so that's tomorrow taken care of if we go. Day 64 Adelaide Two sunny days on the trot - must be a record, at least since we left Fiji. I am ecstatic, off to the beach to top up the tan. We took the Tram at the end of the Rundle Mall and 30 minutes later we are on the sand at a place called Glenelg. What a fab place, the beach is fine pale gold sand, wonderfully clean just at the end of their high street where the tram stops; they certainly are blessed with fantastic beaches over here. Day 63 Mt. Gambier to Adelaide Last nights dinner was fantastic, probably the best steak I have ever eaten. I had a fillet and Bill had a Porterhouse Sirloin, both from exclusively grass fed herds and matured for between 60 amd 90 days, none of the 21 days of the UK.
