Well it looks like your both having a ball, pun intended for Lou!Same old same old in London, no gossip really, everyone in the office says hi! Lou lookin' good in the scarf and nice to see the twins enjoying themselves too!! I arrive in Sydney on December 1st and I expect to see you both for a scooner of New!!

Hi Lou and Dave just a quick message to say that i hope you are having loads of fun and enjoying the Thai culture, food, drink etc. Not much gossip at this end (well nothing worth mentioning whilst your halfway accross the world)! I have to say i am unbelivably jelous of you. Its been rainging loads here and i would love to b on a beach but hey at least i have Cape Town to look foward too. Apparantly they all look like models out there so me has to go to gym hardcore over the next 7 weeks. Make my self fit fit fit. Innit! anyway loads of love kisses oh and Will Harltey says hi!!!! xxx
