our plans for the day changed as it was a bank holiday so everything was shut. We watched the Glockenspiel at munich centre.we also did alot of wandering before we caught the train to Oymplazentrum the sight of the 1972 Olympic games. our bus left at lunch time so we spent the morning mucking around. it was a short ride to Munich. we spent some time getting our bearings of munich and sussing out what we wanted to do during our stay. we found a chinese buffet where we could finally eat some vegetables. we were amazed at how high people stacked there plates- and we thought we were greedy.

today was a very hot day we spent the morning doing our washing at the laundromat. in the afternoon we did a huge walk to the victory tower which we think is in the very centre of Belin. there was a tight spiral staircase to the top, it wasn't very tall but harder than climbing the eiffel tower.
