It was great to see your post. I'm glad you are having pleasant weather while taking in the sights in Paris. As you probably remember from our time in Paris, the Parisians were very accomodating and helpful. Will you have time to stop and get something from one of the markets and take it for lunch to one of the parks? That was something I would have liked to do if we had had enough time. Just taking some time to watch the people can be fun. It sounds as though you may have already had enough people watching with witnessing the fight... Well, stay in touch as often as you can. I am living vicariously through your fantastic journey. Love, Mom

Thanks for the update. It makes me wish I was in Paris too. There are some really good Gustav Klimt paintings in the Orsay. The stairs are hard to find. Just keep walking to the very back of the museum and you will find them. I know you won't miss the Van Goghs. It's remarkable to stand so close to those paintings. It sounds like everything is going well. Try and make it to Cafe Flore on St. Germain. It's very famous and the food is actually pretty good too. Diane says "hey and have fun".

It sounds like you two are havign a blast! I wish I could have said goodbye before you left, but now that means you'll have to come see me in Jacksonville :) I can't wait to see the pictures that you post. I'm sure it is beautiful over there, and the art is amazing. Keep safe, and continue posting.

No updates from you so my guess is that you are having a wonderful time. I'm anxious to see a few pictures if you get a chance to post some.

Well, after adding my message I see that my text is a normal size after it's posted. Thank goodness I won't have a sleepless night worrying about that.

I'm so proud of you both getting out and exploring. There is no amount of reading or seeing pictures that can compare with being there. These are memories you will have forever. I can't wait to see some pictures. Hopefully, you will have some time to upload some after your adventures today. How is the food????
Why is my text so small????? Where is an IT person when you need them?

You had mentioned the bus in your blog. Marcy and I always took the double decker red tourist bus in every city because it really helps orientate you to where things are and what is worth seeing. (Bonus, they all speak english and are very helpful)

This is excellent, we can follow your progress on a daily basis. We need pictures! While you are in Madrid you need to visit the famous art museum (name escapes me) and make sure you visit the palace. Truly amazing. Hope you guys are having a great time. I have never been to Paris so looking forward to your comments. I have heard that Parisians are snot holes so don't take it personally.

Be careful, keep both eyes open all the time, and update your blog every night so we can see what you are doing. Dad

Thank you sooo much for letting me invade on part of this amazing journey. We have been best friends forever and this trip is going to be that much more amazing b/c we will be exploring Europe together. I would never be able to do this without you! I love you and thanks again, Courtney
