This is a 4,500-year-old burial chamber that is literally in the middle of the Scottish countryside. We stopped there on the way back from Loch Ness. The chamber was opened many years ago and they removed the remains of one woman. I'm not sure what happened to her remains. Sad, though, I think, that they moved her from her resting place. Anyway, they believe she was probably either an important person in the village, a sacrificial virgin, or perhaps both.
