															After debating for some time, on my final full day in the area I crossed into mainland China, visiting the city of Shenzhen. 															 After spending the day in Macau, the following day I stayed in Hong Kong, making my way over to Lantau Island.  Passing by close to the airport, I made my way up to Po Lin to visit the Big Buddha statue and Monastery (which was unfortunately undergoing major reconstruction).
