I can't believe you guys need me to explain my HILARIOUS pun! (Making it no longer so hilarious. It will be as bad as your teacher Rach, I forgot her name, but she always used to explain her jokes. And that was the funniest bit. I forget her name but you used to do impressions of her).
There's this saying "from 'Nam (pronounced 'Naam')" which means epic or something to that extent. As in, "that was the surf from 'Nam" or "I just had the burger from 'Nam." It may or may not have had some link to Vietnam originally. But it did in my pun! Haha!

Literally.

yay for more exciting blogs... loving that your directional skills are in full swing again-sound similar to your "insticts" of where the hotel was from in any location in Delhi...hmm... Sure you'll make it someway though- just remember... Laos is to the EAST!! (not that your NSEW instinct exists either..)
hehe..still love you though... xx P.S ENOUGH of the liv map jokes ok...they were accurate ENOUGH to get the general idea.. :-P P.P.S Go you for earning points with mum for blog updating...i fear i've gone into Negative points...you may be eligable to more house on the hill dinners than me at this rate- lol!

Excuse me - at least my trusty bike 'Crusty' ( who may have been named that by a travel blog writer currently inThailand that shall be nameless) doesn't bite me on the leg when I stop to look at a map...
On the subject of bikes, maps and getting lost, I can't wait till you get to Hoi An, where it has to be said that Doug and I spent two very pleasant hours cycling around the little countryside lanes alongside canals and paddy fields ,er, on our way back to the hotel - a ten minute ride through town ...
Anyway, hope your homing instinct genes work better when you get to Vietnam than ours did. Thats if you find your way to Vietnam of course - I think its on the right of Thailand somewhere.. but of course you may be able to find it on one of Liv's maps!
Love,
mum x
