What a great day!

Langebaan, 100 km up the coast from Cape Town, is a paradise lagoon and the perfect place for flat water freestyle kitesurfing.

The climate and water temperature up there is quite different. Imagine cruising in knee deep water, approximately 23-24 degrees, in only board shorts and a rash guard. Heaven.. I got a really good freestyle session and got time to practise new tricks.

My two "students" Julie-Ann and Pat got up on the boards and got going, makes me very proud and I'm looking forward to riding side by side in the waves here at Kitebeach soon. They are ready for it!

Today I had my first ever thai massage. I thought the talk of thai ladies walking on your back and all that was just bull, but they really do! What a great massage, painful put great. I feel like a new man today and I'm ready for new adventures!
