Hey Kirsty, it was good to catch you this morning and exchange text messages, then to read your latest journal entry today. I was wondering what you would do to top bungee jumping! Learning to surf sounds really good fun too. Won't life be mundane back in England!! Mind you, when you are a famous actress you will have the money to do all these things again!! It sounds like Oz is still warm despite it being late autumn there. It is warmer than the UK, and it is supposed to be nearly summer!! Here I am at just after 10pm on Monday all by myself as Dad is on his exercise and Tim & Kiki are both at work. It was my first day in my new job today and boy was it 'different', I shall tell you more about it all when we speak next. I guess you're looking forward to the next chapter of your adventures when you move on to Oz although I daresay you will be sorry to leave NZ. I spoke to Mr Collins the other day and he sends you his best wishes. I shall be going up to visit cadets in the next few days. Bungee jumping? I'm sitting here thinking "she didn't..."..."she hasn't....". I think the technical term is "gobsmacked"!! You have done so much in a short period of time Kirsty, I'm really proud of you. Of course, when you are a famous actress you will find travel to be boring, jetting off from one award ceremony to another, so you had better get all your travel enjoyment done now! Don't forget, you will be able to dine out on these experiences for at least a year after you get back!! Take care of you - what is the next escapade planned? White water rafting?? LOL.
