The clear stuff is the product before going into the barrels. Bottle A is from a barrel stored on the bottom stack in the store house for 2yrs. Bottle B is a from a barrel stored in the middle stack in the store house for 2yrs. Bottle C is a from a barrel stored on the top stack in the store house for 2yrs. The bottom and middle stacked barrels stay in the store houses longer until the tasters judge they are as dark and mature as the top barrels are after 2 years.
