We've escaped Bangkok! We were overwhelmed by the differences in Bangkok, and there were too many changes in such a short while, so we found out we had to escape. So a long walk through half (!) of Bangkok and a cold 18h bus drive later we ended up in Ko Lanta. This is a totally different world, and for the first time since we got to Thailand we have relaxed and didn't have anything we had to do. Which of course means that we've been chilling in some hammocks ...

Can't believe that this days has come (okay, it came more or less two days ago): We have finally started our "trotting" in Asia! The first, and current destination is Bangkok. However because of the huge difference in the temperature, being hit by the jet-lag big time and the fact that everything is so different we feel kind of lost and confused. Therefore we will run away to the south tomorrow and be hitting the islands there. But we'll come back later...
