Vietnam – Hanoi and Halong Bay 28th Wednesday October Arrived in Hanoi about 20.30, had to wait for our taxi for about 40 mins!! Vietnam - Hue 26th Monday October Departed Hoi An at 8am by bus and headed along the coast to Hue. Arrived in Hue around 12.30pm where we had to figure out how to find our hotel. Again there are many locals pouncing on you trying to drag you to their hotels. Finally found the road where the hotel was on, some sleazy man pounced on us with a card for the hotel we had booked into!! So we followed him, passed the name of our hotel and was taken down an alleyway...

Vietnam – Hoi An 24th Saturday October We finally arrived in Hoi An at 7am…13 hours later!!! Got dropped off outside the town, so off we went to find our hostel. On the way being hassled by many men on their motorbikes, 20 mins later we checked in to Dai Long Hotel. A huge room consisting of 2 double beds…bonus. The room also had a balcony and a very nice bathroom…very good for the price of it! Once we freshened up we found a little café called BoBo...

Vietnam – Nah Trang 19th Monday October Set off from Ho Chi Minh City at 8am on the sleeper bus, our first experience on a long bus journey. We were advised to take the sleeper bus as it’s more comfortable. Instead of a seated coach the sleeper buses have 3 rows of beds, a little like sun beds!!! Pretty comfortable anyway.
