Pronounced "seveechae". It's like a citrus/ seafood salsa. Sooo good! Raw seafood is mixed with cilantro, acidic fruit and tomatoes. The acid of the fruit juices cook the seafood! This Ceviche was made with conch. We had this at Syd's on Caye Caulker.
