Yo Kimbo, manic absolute madness!!
Not been up to much compared to you but last weekend me and my bloke Paul(yer got a dif boyf) went to the lake district and climbed Helvelyn, which is 1000 feet high. Took us 5 n half hours to walk the whole route which is 10 miles eqiv to 18 miles. Did some pretty sketchy rock climbing! Weather, well, bloody freezing but least it didnt rain!
Off to Uganda in a months time with some students from Uni for two n half weeks! madness.

Good move, best thing u can do for jelly fish stings, and apparently it works for blisters too!! Surely you didn't have to go all the way to brazil for a golden shower!!
