This was my first international trip. I was very fortunate that I was chosen as one of the recipients of the Darmasiswa Indonesian Scholarship. I stayed there for 2 months.

Before I was able to set my feet to Indonesia, I left Manila, Philippines (my home country) to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Stayed there for few hours and then left to Semarang, Indonesia. The feeling was ecstatic when the plane landed safely in Indonesia. Was so excited to learn about the culture, traditions, religious practices, food and many more! And was very excited to meet the people I am going to be with for 2 months. XD
