Normally you can't see this pavement for stalls - now its our makeshift bar as we watch the city close down. Parents note we were just outside our hotel so its not like we were wandering the streets - plus our hotel has a locked gate (which they never normally use!). PS. there were no protesters in our area - the curfew applies to the whole of Bangkok tonight.
