I've never been there, but I just saw a great food show about cuisine in Laos (not too far from you?). The specialties: red ant-egg salad, fried silkworms, & silkworm poo tea (yes, you read that right). I hope you're enjoying some more normal Balinese food! Hi Brett! Silkworm poo tea... mmm...
