Kara Ohh I remember seeing these signs!! They are funny!! I think it may mean that people will be running across the road so don't run over them.. Italians are crazy drivers, that's for sure!

Ev I believe it means school crossing...that is why they are showing school kids ....we have similar signs psoted in school areas here.
