I travelled to Samui and checked into the Ark bar which is located in central Chaweng, can't believe how much it has changed, so many more restaurants. Still found the old ones which was nice and walked all the way up and down to see the changes.

I met up with some guys I had met at the full moon party and chilled with them at the beach.
But was nice chilling for two days in a nice hotel with two swimming pools and right on the beach before heading off again.
Felt really comfortable just walking around and seeing everything again there are no more dirt roads all proper roads now.

Instead of one main road there are many new roads joining the old road.
Think the backpacking days on this island has long gone, more touristy now and family orientated.
